**Order Processing: **
Please allow up to 3 days for us to process your order. You can expect to receive an email notifying you when your order is on the way!
**Local Delivery: **
During checkout, enter your address and select the shipping option. Click the "Continue to Ship" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 15 miles of our shop. If the local delivery option does not appear during checkout, it means your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Orders placed before 12:00 noon during store hours will be delivered the next business day we are open. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email notification. Delivery Fee is $10.00

**International Shipping: **
We offer international shipping to the following country: Canada. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery timelines can vary from 8 to 20 days for international orders. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it arrives in your destination country. TayKyra's Gifts is not responsible for these charges; they are your responsibility as the customer.
Drop-Shipping: Our store utilizes the drop shipping process for certain items in our inventory. This method allows us to offer a wider selection of products, but please be aware that it may result in shipping delays of 8 to 10 days. We appreciate your understanding as we work to provide you with the best possible service.
**Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges: **
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at Taykyras@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
